The SMSS is self-governing, with students holding all council and executive positions. We do our best to serve the interests of our fellow students, while also keeping up with our own studies, diligently while paying close attention to the motto “Keep Smilin’”!

While the work that the SMSS does is outlined by the Constitution and Policies above, the following protocols are used by those undertaking the work to ensure it is accomplished in the way the organization intends. Amendments to these protocols is the responsibility of various SMSS committees as outlined within.
These are meeting minutes from our Annual General Meetings held in the fall and the Spring General Meetings held in the spring. As these are closed meetings they are password-protected. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for the password.
