We are always happy to hear from our members and Officers! If you have information you wish to share or an item you want added to our next SMSS Council Meeting, please do not hesitate to contact us. General members may wish to contact the SMSS President (email@example.com) while SMSS Officers are asked to talk directly to their division chair. Student groups are asked to contact the Student Groups Coordinator (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please include the following information in your email and use the subject line “Agenda Item for Council Meeting – [Your Name/Group Name Here]”:
- A description of your agenda item
- Any SMSS Officer/Member/Group that may be related to your agenda item
- Any documents that may be related to your agenda item
- When you would like the item brought to Council’s attention (i.e. ideal timeline)
- Whether you are willing/able to speak to your agenda item at a meeting, or if you have an Officer in mind who can speak on your behalf
