– The round table discussion is usually held in September or October after the Funding/Oversight committee meets and allocates budgets. It is a discussion of how to use the budget funds according to the SMSS policies, the function of ratified student groups, and tips on group banking (The SGC may wish to talk to the VP Finance about this aspect and/or invite them to the discussion). It also serves as a feedback session in which the SGC can receive feedback from groups on the direction the SMSS takes towards group funding. |
